Java 1.3
There have been problems with the
free charts from Refco lately. You
will have to install the new Java
1.3 for them to work properly.
Here is how
to fix this:
1. Go to
http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.3/download.html
2. Click
the Download button under JRE
3. On the
next page, click the Accept button,
and then Continue
4. On the
next page, right under the big black
line, under Windows Platform choose
Windows Offline Installation. Save
this file somewhere you can find
it after it downloads.
5. Once saved,
find the file, and double click
to install the Java.
6. Reboot
your computer after the installation
is complete.
7. Go and
open the charts to see if this corrected
the problem.
